UKPON 2018 AGM & Conference • 26-28 October 2018

UKPON 2018 AGM & CONFERENCE is hosted by PRIDE GLASGOW on 26th-28th October 2018 at The Studio in Central Glasgow. This annual gathering provides Members with an opportunity for networking, workshops, the sharing of ideas and experiences, and for socialising with new and existing friends from the Pride community. Members will also elect new Board Members and vote for the next host Prides for UKPride 2019 and UKPride 2020 plus the host Pride for next years AGM & Conference.

• When Registering - please include Your Name AND Your Pride in the First Name and Surname sections, plus your email address. This is done after you select from the 'ticket' list.
Please select a ticket for each part of the Conference, eg:
• Networking - Friday
• Saturday - Lunch B
• Networking - Saturday
• Sunday - Lunch A
plus how you'll be paying for lunch eg: Cash, Cheque or BACS

The Conference is free and includes tea/coffee/water all day.
There will however be fee for pre-ordered lunch and all dietry requirements are catered for. Options are:
• A • Sandwhich Buffet & Crisps Option £8.40
• B • Sandwhich Buffet, Potato Wedges, Salad and Fruit £14.40
• C • 2 Course Hot Meal £19.20
Please note it will not be possible to bring food into the venue during the day.
The lunch fee can be pre-paid by BACS or cheque, or by cash upon arrival.

• Saturday will include the AGM and final voting then the workshops and discussion will continue on Sunday. Final agend will be confirmed in October.

• There will be a Networking event on Friday 26th from 6pm and a Networking dinner is being arranged for Saturday night (hopefully sponsored). More details will follow.
